    Theres no doubt about how much you care, thats apparent to us, your here asking all the right questions trying to do rite by them.... if it keeps up with them being neglectful and half assing any issue you being to there attention i would contact someone about animal abuse.... its there reaponsibility to maintain all the animals health that are housed in the store, neglecting to provide proper care is abuse any way you slice it

    Absolutely. Which is why normally I will take it upon myself to insist they setup a habitat in quarantine and that a report be filed so the vet can see them immediately. I have learned how to pick out the rookie stuff that I can fix from the serious illness pretty quickly. I think sometimes they just forget which is why I'm persistent.
