Thats a good way to look at it. Sorta sucks that the guy had to be a jerk about it and play the blame game. I'm sure he knows truly that he was at fault for that poor snakes demise. Sometimes I wish they actually gave people tests just to keep snakes to make sure they know how to care for them and know what they're doing. It'd be a hassle at first, but probably better in the long run. :(
