Not to detail further, however yeah. It's a little disconcerting. I've recently moved to Florida, and am currently looking to expand my collection. Any breeder who has been worth my time, has stuck to a 3 feed rule. I'm currently discussing a purchase with Deborah (from this forum) who's no different.
Any less and I'd be a little concerned. No different than buying a puppy or a kitten under the 'designated' weeks of age imo.

Your snake is still a baby, a very young one. You should feed it every 5 days. Please, take time and read the caresheets and learn, otherwise there will be problems. To be honest, it really doesn't sound like the breeder is helping at all here.

Well he helps but I dont want to annoy him to much like yesturday I called him and he gave me advice but I want to learn on my own so I dont have to ask no one anymore but every way I tried I get stuck if that makes any sense?

Very disconcerting especially with someone so new they aren't even really sure what to look for in taking care of the animal (no offense to the op). I make sure all the babies have had at least 3 meals in a row without any refusals before I let them go even then it depends on the snake and how I feel it's eating habits are. I know they said the breeder told them what to do but it's one thing to tell someone how to feed, but it's not always so easy to get babies going. Definitely not a task I would feel comfortable with for a new owner to take on for sure.
With that being said, I don't think you could have come to a better place for information. A lot of what I have learned has come from this forum (or links from this forum). I hope you stick around and I wish you and your new baby the best of luck!
