If you don't like bush, click here.
sk8er4life, the burm pictured is the world's heaviest snake. Certified by guiness world records, and she's much bigger now than when in the pic.

The date for this entry from Guinness BOWR 2005 was Nov. 20, 1998 , so hopefully she is getting good care now!

The heaviest living snake is a Burmese Python weighing 182.76 kg (403 lb.) It is 21 years old, 8.23-m (27 ft) long, and has a girth of 71.12 cm (28 in) Known as "Baby", she lives at the Serpent Safari Park in Gurnee, Illinois, USA.

Serpent Safari Park in Gurnee, eh? Maybe I should look it up and stop in for a visit sometime..I've never heard of it, and Gunree isn't that far away....

If I go, I'll see if I can bring back pictures.

I work at Serpent Safari, so that's how I knew about her. :) She's well taken care of.. same guy owns her, but she has her own habitat now.

I am lucky. My job is very cool. One of the neatest things was getting to watch our 350lb anaconda give birth to 70 babies. Very cool.. though the anaconda lost 100lbs having them. lol

You want to find out about what?
