Unfortunately, guys, in this instance NYHC is more or less on the same page with me. He went about it a little wrong, but why is Paul Walker so important?

Frankly, how many people are aware of the tomb of the unknown soldier? How many soldiers died in the month prior to this death?

Sadly, I'm not affected either. There are more people who have died that are simply more important. And it's because they aren't celebrities, unlike Walker, that you don't hear about it.

Well, he isn't any more important than other good people who have died. Hating on the guy and calling him an inconsiderate jerk (while he was on the way to an even for HIS charity lmao) is what bugs me. He also came into the thread just making a ton of assumptions, like Paul Walker had personally wronged him at some point or something.

It's one thing to be neutral about it, you know, like how you don't care and that's fine. It's another to be hateful and negative about it though. He's hating on a dead dude as if he bullied him all his childhood. NYHC has no respect for the dead or the living.

The thing that bothers me about it is that he wasn't the one driving. Had he been the one behind the wheel acting a fool and got someone else killed that would be a different story.

You know Paul Walker wasn't a bad guy right. He was constantly reaching out and helping people in need. You know that he was once at a jewelry store and a soldier came in to buy an engagement ring. The soldier didn't realize that the ring was going to cost $15k but Walker saw the whole scenario and told the jeweler to put the soldiers ring on his tab to thank him for his service. The soldier didn't even know who Paul Walker was and was blown away by such a huge act of kindness. It's always a sad day when someone who has such a great interest in the well being of other people dies, celebrity or not.

Gonna need you to provide evidence on that one, or walker may have been capable of walking on water.

Does it matter who it is? Speaking ill of the dead is just plain wrong. Period...

If you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all.

He sounds like a good and decent person who met an untimely end all too soon. His friends and family will be deeply saddend by his loss and I feel badly for them.

Couple of points... No single person is more important than any other. Death is death. Saying anything about how much money he made through out his life is just asinine to be honest. He was doing his job that he was good at. He got paid what he was worth. Any person bashing on this incident or any death should be banned from speaking to another human being for as long as they live. How would you feel if someone you cared about died and then the mass social media started bashing them? Seriously some people just need to grow up. If it did not have an impact on your life great for you but it did impact someones life. His wife now has no husband, his daughter now has no father, and so on.... To me it is sad when anyone dies because human life is far to valuable and most people treat it like it is nothing. I feel nothing but pity for anyone who is making light of this or any death.

Liking or not liking someone is one thing. We're all entitled to that. But completely disrespecting someone like some of the people here are doing is just plain rude and unsavory.

I never liked Paul Walker as an actor. But I did enjoy the first Fast and the Furious movie. He drove and showcased a Supra and Skyline, which I fangasmed over.
