Just some updated photographs. I have learned how to use my camera a little better to make these a little brighter. I don't have a picture of the female Pewter because she is deep in shed. I think the blushed out back and the distorted alien heads of the male make him a Pewter Mystic. I plan on breeding him to a Supper Mojave to test that this season.

I put together a collage of a 2012 female Pewter, the 2013 female Pewter, and the 2013 male Pewter Mystic (I tried to get a picture with all 3 in it, but they were to active to do so). The top row has each of those 3 snakes in that order (left to right). The bottom row has those 3 snakes in reversed order (so that all are next to each other for a better comparison). All 3 snakes have the same mother (a Pewter), the 2012 female Pewter was sired by a 2008 Mojave, while the 2013 female Pewter and 2013 male Pewter Mystic were sired by a 2010 Mystic. The 2013 snakes are a little smaller than the 2012, but I am wondering if it is just the natural variation of Pewters that makes the 2012 female Pewter much more brown that the 2013 female Pewter, or if she will become more brown as she ages (the 2013 female Pewter is about 900 grams, while the 2012 female Pewter is about 1,200 grams, and the 2013 male Pewter Mystic is around 700 grams). The 3 pictures were taken with the same camera, under the same lights, so the colors the collage are consistent.

From hatching mystic black pastels myself, I can say that your cinnamon mystic is definitely a cinnamon mystic. The dead giveaway is how the white of the belly fades up the sides into the pattern/color. A cinny or black pastel will have some lines/definite break of the side pattern to the belly pattern. Cinny Mystic (or Black Pastel Mystic being the same thing) will have a white belly and fade/blend nicely up into the color and pattern.

Another telltale to me is the amount of window patterning on the cinnamystic (if I can call it that, lol). The lighter color is another giveaway. It's definitely a cinnamon mystic.

As for the pewters, I don't have experience on them. If you look at all the blue eye leucistics crossed with black pastel and cinnamon, they all seem to have a windowing effect on the pattern. Cherry Blossom and Sobolco both posted pics that show their mystic pewters also show some windowing of the pattern. With that said, though, MORPHS CAN BE VARIABLE!!!! Too many times, people expect a morph to have the same looks as what is found on WOBP. For example, look at all the different looks of the Fire gene on WOBP.

Anyway, I would have leaned toward saying only the female is a mystic pewter with the pics at first. However, the more recent pics sure make me wonder if the male is the more likely candidate... Probably something you'll have to prove through breeding. Luckily, you can test the male somewhat soon. Hope this helps.

ClarkT, Thanks for your thoughts. It helps to hear that I labeled the Cinnamon Mystic correctly. I plan on breeding the male Pewter Mystic to a female Super Mojave to test his genetics. I am trying to decide what pairing for the female Pewter. I just had a 7 egg clutch laid from a Mystic to Mystic pairing, so if I get a male Super Mystic, I'll probably hang on to him to test her genetics.

Here are the snakes in individual shots on the black background:

Next up is the Pastel Mystic:

    Now the Pewter Mystic:

Here is Pewter. I am not sure about her because she looks a lot less brown than the her half sister as you'll see in the last picture. They have the same Pewter mother, but the 2012 female Pewter was sired by a male Mojave, while the 2013 Pewter was sired by a Mystic.

Thanks. The 2013 Pewter Mystic is a male, and I plan on pairing him with a lot of females this season. I am not sure about the 2013 female Pewter. There are times where I think she has more going on that just the Pewter, but when I compare her to her brother, the Pewter Mystic, I then think that she is different enough from him, that I am not sure about what she really is. I am trying to be patient, but really can't wait for her to get to breeding size and age to see if there is more going on or not.
