You have a handful of posts here. Your humble apology (if genuine) was a good start to get back on the right track. Just continue to be humble, don't rush, and learn from the membership here - and no one will remember your bumpy start a few months from now. :)

What do you have right now and why do you feel they are not worth breeding? And getting that job would be good, breeding gets expensive fast.

The humiliation shouldn't ba a big deal, you were just excited.
More info about the snakes you have? I suggest giving it a year or two evenlearning about them and perfecting your husbandry skills before trying to breed. Getting baby morphs and learning as you raise them to breeding size is really best. Also babies are less expensive. There are baby spiders and pastels and hypos that you could find for an affordable price.

it's not the 16 to 1 odds. there's many issues with super cinnys and super black pastels. take away the pied part. theres many cinnys and black pastels out there. how many supers do you see for sale?
