Ultramel is very different than Caramel. There is some stuff pending (secret ninja stuff) that might change things big time :D They are not compatible. They do not have healthy issues. I also think they look and combo superior IMO. That is just my opinion, so no offense to people working the Caramel project. I'm super excited to add this recessive to my arsenal.
