Awesome work man. Recommending the book "Movement" by Gray Cook. The eBook is like $10. He is the founder of Functional Movement Systems. Take a little time to re-learn about human movement before you spend any gym dollars.

This week is week 11(of 13) of the Tai Cheng program I purchased back in Feb. This may seem trivial but can touch my feet again, with some effort still but things are changing. I'm glad (at 45yrs) I decided to address mobility and functionality before I went all out on something like P90X / Insanity.

Best thing I can say is learn to breath from the lower abdomen instead of from the chest.
