Is this Normal from a known breeder?

Yeah the weather was fine. And thats why I can't figure out why he was ice colde but the others where very active.

Shipped items don't got from point A directly to point B. Often there are points C,D,E and so on some of which can be freezing and there is no way to know beforehand how long the animals will sit in the cold.

Garrick doesn't like the BOI, but you should start a thread there. He's not treating you fair.

I have the Fed ex order and exactly where it shipped from..Mosinee-Memphis-Charlotte-Conover-statesville. All of which had the same weather.

When was this? I thought you ment today. I guess now that I think about it it's Monday.

They got here last Wednesday.

For what it's worth I would just talk to Garrick. Tell him how your feeling on the situation and I'm sure he will do something fair for you. He's one of the biggest names in the business he didn't get there by providing bad service.

That is the plan, but to be respectful I'm not gonna bother him at home. I'll contact him in the morning.
