I spot clean every time she craps, I mean I scoop up a large circle of aspen and replace with fresh aspen.
So she has constant fresh bedding as a result.
My adult female likes to pee in her water dish ( I guess ) so I clean that out too......about every other day....
I sponge down the glass about every month or more with hot water and a ....sponge.....

I keep everything on paper towels and I do full cleanings every Sunday. My helper comes every Sunday and we clean everything in one day. If something gets excessively dirty in the week, I'll take care of it, but i0f I cleaned every time something used the restroom, I would go crazy trying to keep everything clean. Too many snakes for all that!

Everytime there is a mess, I clean, but don't necessarily do a "full" clean. I use paper towel for all the females, males are on aspen and get introduced to the females bin for breeding purposes.
The male tubs get spot cleaned for poop and wet wood chips, but it all gets replaced about every 2 weeks - a month depending on what goes on. Some of them are notorious for spilling their water dishes, which leads to more frequent cleans.
When a female goes on the paper towel, I get a new freshly cleaned tub, replace new paper towel, and swap out the bin. I disinfect with F10 from there

I clean once a month, but I use newspaper so what I do is remove the newspaper and replace if they happen to poo. I do, however, clean the tub if they decide to smear it all about the sides of the tub and such, but other than that bedding just gets replaced until a month, then all tubs get cleaned out completely and washed so on and so forth!!

I check the snakes 2 times a day and have a couple of extra tubs of each size. If I see condensation inside the tub:
1. Line clean tub with paper towels, clean hide, clean water bowl
2. Transfer snake and replace in rack
3. Spray tub, hide (I use only scalding water on the bowl) with cleaning spray and wipe down
4. Spray tub, hide, bowl with Chlorhex disinfectant and place aside to air dry
The whole process takes maybe 3 minutes per tub. Every couple of cleanings I will bring the tub, hide, bowl to the bath tub and rinse thoroughly with water, just to remove the little bits of residue that get caught in the nooks. It's my understanding that once dry the Chlorhex does not leave a harmful residue. This is information from my sister who is a veterinarian and regularly uses Chlorhex on open wounds on small animals at her practice. I use non-toxic hippie soap for cleaning so I am sure this also does not leave a harmful residue.
This equates to about once a week per animal.

I use cypress for bedding so I actually check their enclosures daily to spot clean but I fully clean out everything at the beginning of every month. I actually spot clean daily because they all seem to go to the bathroom at different times, like I will clean one day and the next day the others will decide they need to go lol. But thats okay so I would feel bad if I didnt spot check daily :)

I voted wrong in the poll, whoops! But I do something similar to what people have said before me.
I use indented kraft paper for my adult ball pythons which gets changed as often as they go to the bathroom. I give the tubs a good scrub down probably once every month to 2 months depending on how messy the snake was.
I spot clean all the babies and arboreals because they are on cypress mulch, but I do a full clean once a month.
