Just call the guy and said you received a pastel. And ask if there was a mix up. "Hey I got the snake but you sent a pastel."

Hate to beat a dead horse but... Yup just a pastel.
Ask the guy what the pairing was, how long has the guy been breeding? It is kind of hard to mix up a pastel and a super pastel. Unless you have a very poor quality super and a amazing pastel, even then the head should show the blushing. For $50 you got a good deal, it just suck you had the idea you were getting a super.
