As to his email, to be honest I would have read it. If he threats you or harasses you, can't you take him to court for it all?

Oh my goodness these poor babies. I really hope their condition improves. The only way I'd purchase a snake from this fellow now would be to get the poor babies out of his possession. Improper shipment, RI's, blindness... This should be okay by no one's standards. I'm so glad Paypal could get you most of your money back!
