Um that pet store probably does suck like many do, but they didn't put a gun to her head and force her to buy the burm. At least they did show her how big they get so she'd know what she was getting herself into. She's the one responsible for doing her research and she's the one who decided to buy an animal on impulse that she had no experiance in caring for.
And I don't know about anyone else, but I don't think I would return a pet because of a mite or because it bit me. It is important to pick out your animals carefully and know where you're getting them from (I learned this the hard way). But once I have a pet, I get so immediately attached to it and feel responsible for it that I don't think I could just return it. I feel sorry for those snakes. :(

ok first off, my dad made me return it and get another one when it bit me, and struck at him he got really pissed and just made me sell it. i guess i should have told you that too. oh and the mouse, the aggresive BP bit the mouse, didnt strangle it, but bit it to death.

Bit it to death ??
i didnt know that was possible for a bp

Erm, could you format your posts a little, that's kinda hard to read :)
Btw, (even this is a really old thread) I think Franky should have looked into what she was getting into. Adult burms are huge.

no it is possible because it happened my snake bit it and just kept its teeth in then took them out and then did it again in its head and it started bleeding and it was twitching, so yes it possible why i just say that if it didnt happen, jeez... sorry im in a bad mood.

ok ok ok.....whew, sorry
the only reason i asked is becuase usually snakes just suffocate prey to eat it, not bite it.
I never said it was impossible, I just didnt know it WAS possible, Ive never heard of a snake doing that.

They all got one. I know Jacquese personally, and he has an albino Ballor Burmese Python (he doesn't know). It got about 3ft. long and he is now scared to touch it, or clean its cage, because he thinks it will bite him. If it is a ball python I am going to take it off his hands, another case of the "OH! cute baby snake!"! lol. I do know him personnaly, and he is really nice. They all got one eventually.

To scared to clean its cage ??? Sounds like a problem to me..........People like that just shouldent own snakes. Its a shame,it really is.

I don't think he woulda come across a baby albino ball in a pet store... at least cheap enough to buy on a whim. If he did... you're lucky!
