Found a CL ad a couple weeks back. Burmese python with entire setup 100$. It was only 7 miles away so I was kind of interested enough to email for more info and pictures.
I finally received some more info and pictures back...... It was a 6ft Columbian red tail boa, housed in

lady told me she bought the snake for her husband and was told it was a Burmese python. She swore up and down it was a burmese even after I sent her links to red tails for comparison

Oh geez, there was some jerk at the Cleveland expo yesterday selling young adult normal females for $250+. Not morphs, not hets. Normals. I couldn't help but laugh right in his face.

A guy on chicago CL claimed he had a super pastel male and multiple pastels... He sent me pics and all were normal. I sent him a picture of my pastel and a super saying actually you have normals, apparently I knew nothing and the picture that I though was super was actually a Hypo ghost super pastel......:rolleye2:

A lady's husband passed and she was deathly afraid of his snakes, but wanted to sell his "albino's" for $100/piece. I get to her house and she said a guy just left with them. She shows me a picture and I almost screamed. She sold 2 Queen Bees for $200.

My husbands friend to this day claims that my 66% het albino girl "has pastel in her"(she is very normal until proven het). Also That my husbands pastel is only an ok pastel, and only MIGHT be het for super pastel. I might be wrong but last I checked pastel was co-dominant and by breeding two together I can produce normals, regular pastels, AND super pastels..... At least that's what the genetic wizard tells me along with anyone else here. Needless to say I've stopped taking morph advise from him when it comes to balls, and strictly have him help me with popping my snakes.

I've seen an "orange phase pastel" listed on CL in my area. They never got around to getting me pics on that one though once I started asking questions.

Anyone who thinks a snake can be het for super pastel wouldn't be allowed to touch my snakes! Def not allowed to pop them.
