Please note: the beater isn't actually attached to the mixer, it's just lying in the bowl. So there' s no risk of it turning on.

(Also, it wasn't actually a staged shot. I had Noodle out, I put her down to answer the door, and I when came back she had disappeared. I looked for a few minutes before thinking to check the mixer, and there she was, taking a nap.)
