Probably around a dozen times. Usually my own fault. I have a few that have tagged just because they've learned that opening the tub usually means its feeding time. I'm only guessing at the number though, I don't really keep a record. Lol

Re: can you count the # of times you have been bitten?
Never had a bite from a ball python, have been bitten by carpet pythons, red tail boas and almost every garter snake I've ever held.

Over a dozen times, but mainly by 3 female snakes with the worst attitudes. One is mr Cinnamon Ball, and the other 2 are Caulkers (they are nippier than balls when young). They all are great feeders (especially the Caulkers). Now the Cinny is an adult, and doesn't bite much, but still shows attitude. Not really a great pet. one of the Caulkers is a semi-adult and has lost her attitude, and the other one still has her attitude and is well over 1000 grams.

Luckily, none and I've had snakes off and on for 15 years. I had a boa constrictor who struck at my face one time (NOT her fault, she was sick and in pain) and one of the ball pythons I have now has "huffed" at me, but no actual bites yet. And I say "yet" because I know it's coming. My son just got a 2 month old baby bp and my other son will be getting his new baby bp soon, so a bite is going to happen. I know it's not going to hurt, but it sure will scare me!
