I really do not have a problem with you, your merely stating your opinion but you really don't need to be calling me inexperienced.

Here's a little grow up clue for ya Darlin.

Every time you make a post on the internet people read it. Some of them read more than one site. If you make enough posts on enough sites, even though you don't tell the same story on all the different sites, a picture of you can be drawn. Not just you, though I am referring to you in particular at the moment, but anyone in general.

Based on what I've seen from you on several sites, I stand by my earlier post.

If Steve means as much as you "say" then you would know that he believed in education rather than bragging about what he was doing. Was he popular? Yes, but it was due to him educating others that he became that way. Not by bragging and boasting, look what I am doing!
Like I said before people like you are in it for the glory. Your over in Japan b/c the cameras and press are over there now. Where was BG before the press stories hit or documentaries started? Your not there for the animals as much as you are there for yourself.
BTW Steve died in 2006............and just now you have your OMG I should do something feeling? Yep you got me convinced.......

Like BG stated earlier. He knew making the posts would seem like "bragging", but it was not his intent. BG however does not believe some of you will ever believe that.... and it really doesn't matter does it?

AND FINALLY someone brings up that Steve died in 2006. BG has been waiting for this and almost brought it up because nobody had.

To the people that know BG well, they know 100% for a fact that BG has been saying for years now that he's going on "another top secret mission"(look it up). Well, why didn't anyone here about those "missions" if BG is such a "bragger"? If you think that BG just started doing something a couple months ago.... that's only because he said something about what he's been doing....this time. BG would make you guys commit suicide if he really wanted to "brag". HMMMM...that's a thought. The trip to Japan was last minute. It actually messed up some other BG plans.

To be perfectly honest. The main reason he said something on another site first was because he was sure somebody somewhere would see his pic on Sea Shepherds site.

Your crush while understandable given your youth and relative inexperience with actual men, but it is sadly doomed to disappointment.

Ohhhhhh, so THIS IS about you, only you, no one else, just you you you.

I knew that. It's a shame you don't. Or won't admit it to yourself.

I've heard that expression. I disagree. The rest of that quote reads, as said by The guppy himself, "me me me, me me, me. Me me me me me, me me I I I I, I me, I."

So since you can't get to his greatness, you have to start picking on people who support him huh Willy? This is really pathetic, but perfectly understandable coming from you.

Clearly you have a point, but BG wants the word out. If it takes people noticing that his thread is 10 pages long with a bunch of bozos in it..... BG will live with it. As long as some get the message. "Clearly" some have.

Don't worry about him girl. It's pathetic that he now needs to pick on you. How many times can BG say it. PATHETIC.

Hit 50 and tell me how tough your early years were. Sure, at this time, you think you had it hard, but what do you have to compare it to? Go through life a little bit before you think you've experienced it all.

Sure, many young folks have had experiences. Some very difficult, but most real difficult times are ahead of you, I promise.

Your BG sickness is so bad you really have no clue just how "PATHETIC" you look right now. Bullying Scountry because she supports BG. BG will say it one more time in case you missed it. PAAAAATTTHHHEEEETTTIIICCCCC.

Stupid crap? Yes, it's ALL stupid crap. He starts some threads for no other reason than to taunt a few individuals into yet more public outbursts. And guess what? You all fell for it. Proud of yourselves yet? Do any of you have any clue how "smart" you really look? And this isn't directed at one side or the other, but BOTH. Like a bunch of nerdy bullies trying to prove you're tougher than the other guy by out-classing him in the smart-ass department. It's been quite entertaining. Not an entertainment I would normally choose...but I do appreciate the clown-act that has brought a little extra traffic and kept the masses both laughing and rolling their eyes. It may continue for a little bit longer before we finally lose patience with the lot of you and delete the whole mess.

And just to be perfectly clear about something...the rules of this site are NOT up for individual interpretation. It is up to the staff to enforce the rules as they have always been enforced. Will everyone agree with our interpretations? NO. Will folks who don't agree with our decisions assume we're playing favorites? YES. It will always be that way and there's nothing we can do about it, so we really don't care. IF you have a serious question, comment, or suggestion about the rules of this site, I suggest you address the staff in private. Any further public outbursts about how the staff is not doing their job will result in severe infractions.

Still a leeetle upset that BG called you a "nerd" first on another thread huh?:P

To be honest, BG agrees with you. It has gotten to the point of ridiculum(BG word). BG even thinks he probably lost a fan or two(of the three he had).:D He's gonna need to start giving out more free snakes again to win them back.:D

Have you noticed though that the last couple of times this has happened more people have voiced more opinions?

Do you suppose some that are participating are unaware of this? That they aren't perhaps encouraging this additional participation by playing along? It's also interesting to see from so many other angles.

Oh well. Life in the internet.

    I WANT ONE!

    Okay back to topic...

    What we've done:

My children ages 9 and 7 does show-and-tell yearly at their school and at Cub Scouts to show them their snakes. It is their way of helping spread the knowledge that snakes are not "evil creatures".

My husband is a scout master and among all the other scout stuff he teaches the boys, he teaches them about reptiles, especially snakes.

Those are the things we've tried to accomplish for education. It's small things, but I'm sure it helps.

I've mentioned the conservation efforts at Nalusuan in a different BG thread. That's one big thing. And no, I'm not bragging. But, spreading the word on what's working at Nalusuan might give other people a "template" to use for other conservation efforts.

That's it for the animals. We do lots of people stuff too.
