    EDIT by JLC: I have edited out the phone number. I would suggest that you send a PM with the phone number to the individual you'd like to give it to.     Joe - I have an account rep - and I was just certified in the last month. I too was using SYR and RE and dragged my feet on getting certified.

    No. As long as you ship your package from a business (like Kinko's/FedEx hub etc) to a business or to a FedEx hub you're fine.

    So - in my case, I drop off at my local hub and I'm fine (or just hand it to a FedEx driver if you see one making the rounds).

    That makes sense.....unfortunately all of my customers want the package sent to their house!
