i am very shocked i just got a snake from him 3 weeks ago it was great it ate the day i got it was very healthy and friendly. he also had awesome service and lowered the price by 50$

Things have changed greatly apparently. I didn't know Tim back when this started but I've been dealing with him since late 2011 and haven't had an issue. He's a great guy with some quality animals. I have a thread on here about him being a good guy already.

I bought a snake from him last year. Great guy, amazing animal.

I bought my first snake from Tim in early 2011 (soon after the time when this thread was started). Tim has been phenomenal to work with. He was extremely helpful both before and AFTER the sale. When my baby had trouble eating, he talked me through it on a holiday weekend and never once acted like it was an inconvenience. He even called me 2 weeks later to check up on her.

He was never "just about the money" and even though he does resell snakes, he is well above the status of "flipper" in my opinion. Since that first purchase, I've had the opportunity to talk with him more, view his facility, and have purchased 3 other snakes from him as well. I can tell you first hand that his facility is spotless, he does q/t new arrivals for at least 60 days before reselling (unless he purchases something at a show and resells it there - I'll give you that point), and he stands behind every sale he makes.

I also have some first hand knowledge of a certain sale and incident back from 2010 (I do NOT know if it is in relation to this op incident) that has circulated the web and, while I don't think either person is "in the wrong" or even "in the right", there is something to be said for MISUNDERSTANDING. I highly recommend that people not jump to conclusions when hearing something negative about an individual who previously has a good reputation in the industry. Keep in mind WHEN this thread was started and if you have made a purchase from Tim since then, simply take your experience for what is was to you. Most of us have had excellent service from him. So relax and enjoy your snake! :gj:
