FYI (in case I'm not reading too much into your comment), they should always live alone - each snake in their own enclosure. Quarantine is a different issue altogether, where you typically keep them in a separate ROOM for 30-90 days... I personally don't do the best quarantine, due to limited space, but I do the best I can. ;) Anyway, just wanted to make sure you understood both points.
Oh, and congrats on the new baby! He's a looker! :)

i was pretty sure due to size i couldnt house him with my famale.. but can they live together if they are a breeding pair?

nope. they can be together for a few days on and off to breed but shouldnt be together longer than that.

I can't say "no," since we don't know the snake's real genetics... but most spiders have freckling on their belly, some more than others. Here's mine for comparison:
