I was looking at your website and your available bp's and came across this...
Quote:

Clutch 02-10, 4 Eggs, Normal x Butter Ball Python – Results: 1 Normal, 2 Spiders, 1 DIE
Clutch 03-10, 4 Eggs, Normal x Butter Ball Python – Results: 3 Butters, 1 Pastel
Clutch 04-10, 7 Eggs, Normal x Bumblebee Ball Python – Results: 1 Bumblebee, 2 Normals, 4 Pastels
Clutch 05-10, 4 Eggs, Normal x Bumblebee Ball Python
I'm lost... Am I missing something? How are you getting spiders and pastels from butter/lesser and normals?

She explained it earlier in the thread.
Edit: Post #4 and #12 should help explain it.

Thanks for helping demjor19! Yes, that clutch actually had two sires in the end... mommy had been with a bumblebee only twice, and with a Butter the rest of the time, and apparently both males played part of the fathering of the clutch.. fun stuff!

Whoops, meant to do an update! :)
Clutch 0610 is almost done hatching. 3 of the 4 have come out - all 4 are pastel! What are the odds? :) (from a normal x bumblebee).
Here are the results of Clutch 0510, a normal x bumblebee, with 2 bumblebees, 1 pastel, and 1 normal:

And here is clutch 0610, 3 of the Pastels (will add 4th Pastel when he/she comes out!)

Re: Our 2010 Ball Python clutches :)
In case you were interested, here were the overall results of my year's breeding:
22 eggs that went to term with 10 pastels, 2 spiders, 3 bumblebees, 4 normals, and 3 butters.
Unfortunately, 1 spider, 1 normal, and 1 pastel could not digest food properly - they refused eating on their own, and when assist fed, they did not digest the food, and died :(. I had a few trouble eaters that I had to assist feed a few times, but all are now eating on their own, including a butter that I had to assist for almost two months but has now taken 6 feedings IN A ROW on his own! :)
I need to post a new pic of my first bee - he is already almost 300 grams, and is beautiful! He is a true blue avid eater - he's the biggest of this year's hatchlings right now. Gotta love watching them grow up and get big and strong :)

Those are some awesome numbers, sorry for the losses. And wow! Something about all those pastels just catches my eye. Everything looks great!
