To cut or not to cut the egg

Like most people on here, I cut after the first one pips. Usually around day 50 -55.

I don't see the point of cutting any earlier. It just prolongs the wait for them to come out on their own. And of it was something you were hoping to produce, those would be some long days waiting for it to come out.
