Yes Sir, ALL. I've hatched over 1000 eggs and never once has a baby pipped before Day 53. Ever.
Must be all the clean air...
I'm going to go out on a limb here and compare BPs to chickens. Chicks spend the last few days inside the egg absorbing the yolk, since their development is complete. Since BPs have a much longer incubation time than chickens, I'd think that they spend a much longer time at the end just absorbing the yolk. I could very well be wrong. With chicks, it is also possible, if you're lucky, for them to absorb the yolk outside the egg. Not certain if BPs are this similar to chickens, but the eggs do work in much the same way.
I'm not disagreeing with you; I wouldn't want to risk babies. But if someone else does, I'm not going to be an arrogant butt about it. Being nice is generally a much better way to get your opinion heard, but I guess maybe that's a result of all our dirty air down here.
In any case, congratulations! They look spectacular, especially the light ones :D

The air around here smells like the ocean, it's a great smell, never get tired of it. ;)
Congrats on your new Phantoms!

Re: Cutting Clutch 2
Well the Egg on far right that was upside down has turned around last night and its a Spider. And the far left big one turned too and looks like a HUGE phantom.
So both males sired this clutch.

Hmm. Seems to me this is a bit like the tubs v tanks debate. So long as the snakes are healthy and thriving, shouldn't we let it be 'to each his own?'
(would some people say the same thing about finding out a human baby's gender via ultrasound?)

Neat, when I first saw the pics I thought that was a spider from that thin little stripe. Congrats once again!
