It is nice to see more people on the tub front. I save the nice displays for animals that will make a little more use of it, like my BRB. Then again, I only see her out and about when I turn the lights out, and then I can't really see anything....LOL!
I think displays are nice for the ones that do make use of it, like your BRB or my Kingsnake. My Kingsnake is always out and about all day long so a tank would be good for people to see him and it gives him a bit more light. In fact he's wandering around right now. I guess that's how he keeps a good body weight:D
Re: I move to have all her threads removed...
I guess I can remove her from my "Ignore" list...
Re: I move to have all her threads removed...
She was a koo koo bird and clearly too much time on her hands. She never upset me...or made me mad.....I just thought she was ridiculous...actually totally humorous as she was sooooooooooo ridiculous.
You almost have to look at ppl like that and feel sorry for them as they clearly do not have a life outside of trying to spark things up on an internet forum. :weirdface
Re: I move to have all her threads removed...
You gained points for use of the word "enturbulating."
But then you lost them again by putting it in quotations. lol. And by using a word coined by L Ron Hubbard;)
As troublesome as her attitude was, I think it's fine to leave the posts. They brought up some good points, though unfortunately in a negative way.
Re: I move to have all her threads removed...
I don't think being "annoying" is a good excuse to remove someone.
I mean if that was the case, NO ONE would have kids. Everything and everyone has their good and bad sides.

You may know this already but she was not banned for annoying behavior, but violations of the TOS

Thanks, but I was referring more to her posts rather than her.

I dont think the crying and complaining ever ends on this board. Seriously.
I never been to a board where this happens so much. I have been a forum poster since the last 10 years ranging from Reptile, Sports, and Graphics forums.

I support freedom of speech.
We must remember that snake keepers are a minority as well, often with unpopular views.
A great man once said,
"He who takes offense when no offense is intended is a fool, and he who takes offense when offense is intended is a greater fool."
Re: I move to have all her threads removed...
I haven't been on here too much lately and totally missed all of this. I just went back and read a lot of these threads. I think they are golden.
There is a huge amount of info and knowledge in those threads. They are an awesome collection of the wisdom of this community and I think it is great that we have these threads to document that. Not only should they not be taken down, they should be used as examples for people who don't understand why we do things the way we do them, and insist on arguing their misinformed or just plain wrong points.
