Wait.......that's not gonna work......the crowds will be too big.:D On second BG thought, maybe you all should wear dorky name tags or corny hats.:P:D

We've already discussed this, if I actually am paying attention and I see a crowd of people are some guy I am going the other direction lol And I am GOING to wear a dorky name tag, I am a dork so it fits.

Or we can just wear hats AND dorky name tags! That way there'd be no way at all to miss each other :gj:

October 9th & 10th. It's $15 for both days. There really is a lot to see so I suggest sticking around for both days of the show!!

For someone who has only been to a little local show - would it be worth the time and expense to drive 4.5 hours to attend the Tinley Park Show??

What do you guys think. Is there really that much to see?? How long does it take to get thru the entire show?? I would hate to drive that far and pay for hotel and only spend 2 hours at the show - again, I've only attended the little Taylor MI show so I have no idea.

If anyone can share some ideas.

    Thanks.

It is pretty awesome. The first time I went I was only there for a few hours (I only live 15 minutes away) and I wish I had stayed longer. It is really great to meet new people and there is TONS of stuff to see. Even after walking around for a few hours, I still discovered things I hadn't the first time around.

If you are interested in going, make a vacation out of it. Book a hotel for a few nights and go into the city and do some sightseeing :) I think its worth it! If anything, meeting new people is worth it!

Thanks Kaorte, I will talk to my two boys and see if they want to do it. We could make a little road trip out of it.

Sounds like a good time. I would love to meet some of the people that are on Bp.net but then again - how would I know who anyone is??

We are going to set up a little meeting. Probably in the lobby at a certain time. I will give people who want to meet up my phone number so they can call me if they can't find me.

This is how we did it at the last show and a good 5-6 people showed up :P Then again, we didn't really exchange that many phone numbers.

I'm not going to worry about exchanging numbers now, I will forget all of these random people in my phone by the time tinley rolls around! haha
