    Well, first I'm a girl. I'm only 5'4. Right now I weight 155. Yeah, I said it! Down from 185-190 so I'm damn proud of it!!!

    First off, congrats on the weight loss! thats pretty impressive. :gj:

    whats kinda sad is my junior year of high school I wanted to loose some weight for basketball and I got down to 140 at my lowest and im 6ft. I looked more like a prisoner then a athlete. My parents showed me some pics of myself and looking back its shocking to see how I looked back then. I am 185 now and my goal is to hit 195-200, I have a long lanky build (long legs and arms, narrow shoulders) so im not going to be one of those big guys no matter how hard I try but its really all about setting realistic goals for yourself and going after them. Its because of that I got into weights and nutrition. its addicting haha!

    I'm not paying much attention to the number on the scale anymore. I just want to lose enough weight to where I'm happy with my body. I've started measuring my areas where I need to pay attention to, and that's what I''m going to focus on. I think too many people get caught up on that number that comes up on the scale.
