I vote take it to the boi as well. 2 years is as good as any reason to post up. so strange though that breeders with such high standards and reputations would let this go on this long. I truly do hope this situation gets resolved, not only for your sake but also for the reputation of Pete and Adam.

I am pretty sure $5k is a felony charge. If you have documentation I would arrange to take him to court. I feel for the guy if he is really having close family issues, but in the grand scheme of things, thats his problem not yours. Especially after a couple years. An online forum can't really do much, and even though I think our court system is pretty garbage, it will accomplish more than any of the forums have thus far.
