    bajeby sorry to hear about your snake.

    On a related note I thought that if the snake wasn't hungry they wouldn't eat. Would it be smarter to offer food over a period of time rather than all at once?
    I mean, we humans can eat a lot before our "full belly" signal kicks in. Is it the same with snakes?

    If you are wanting to get your snake to grow faster, feed every couple of days. Maybe every 3rd day if he'll eat like that. I do not know how much you fed your snake, but he's got an overly full belly. Maybe he was also impacted. I don't know.

    Thank you for sharing these photos. I am NOT going to make the assumption that you are entirely responsible for what happened to this animal, and I don't think anyone else should either. You have suffered a very painful and sad loss.
