When there is a price range, I say always go for the generally cheapest morphs (in this case, pastels and spiders, which are amazing as is). I would much rather have a $300 pastel (which would be one AMAZING snake) than a $300 mojave (which would be average). But that's just me. Look around (Kingsnake and Fauna classifieds are a great place to start) and see what you can find. Go with whatever appeals to you most.

You're in the EXACT same boat as I am. :D I've got a 6 month old normal female and I can't wait to get a cute little boy for her.

I, personally, want a Mojo, but I'm tied between that and a Spider. You can't go wrong with the Spider morph. But who doesn't want to try for SUPER Mojos! Mmmm... Blue-eyed Leucistics... It's up to you! :gj:

I suggest buying a digital thermostat first.

i go with a spider but not sure how much they cost down there.

I'm with whoohoo on this. A good thermostat is priority. Get the rack, then get a good thermostat, and then worry about filling the rack.

I voted other. If you like piebalds, that RoyalConstrictorDesigns.com site you mentioned has het piebald males for just $75. Just remember that it is a simple recessive gene. That means, in order to get a visual piebald, you need to have at least another het to breed it to. Best bet is a het piebald and a visual piebald and all offspring will be het, and you will get a variable amount of visual piebalds. Otherwise, when you breed a het piebald to a normal, you don't know which offspring are het for piebald and you won't get any piebalds. More info here in case you don't already know:
