He is pretty high. Not sure if he could be the best ever; the eunuchs from old Venice were probably higher singers. There's only one recording of a late eunuch (this was a pretty horrific practice in the past; poor boys would be castrated to cause them to develop a higher voice and possibly become famous castrati singers, thus bettering their lot in life.)
