I realize that the business bills itself as an LLC (although I'd love to find out whether they actually filed as such) but many companies and corporations register or incorporate in a certain state (often Delaware) due to economic incentives, but do business in another. there are many legal incentives to do so, none of which are facially incriminating. that fact alone is nothing to write home about.

it's a small world indeed. I hope you can talk some sense into your friends.

I hadn't really planned on posting in this thread again, since it really does seem that zack and avi are going to be pretty instant victims of bad karma due to the fervent sleuthing of this community and the fact that no one wants to see this hobby and industry denigrated by liars. however, let's try to pick our battles wisely. if someone has any more evidence of deceit, fraud, illegality, or anything approaching animal abuse, I hope to hear all about it. but as JLC admonished, let's stop trying to speculate on reasons to bring ballbids down. there are already more than enough reasons made public that will ensure their ultimate demise, and I'm sure they will provide all the further reasons we need to seal their fate all by themselves. deceitful and shady 'businessmen' have a way of doing that.

I'm going.to agree with what you said... I don't know a lot about laws and such, but it seems.like they've dug there own demise by not only arguing with us, but deleting us, which lead to.even.more confrontations. It foes feel good in the end to personally rant about all of this. As said, I just hope then doesn't come back to haunt us later on..

This just keeps getting better. Do I think it will be the death of the business? No. Is it entertaining to watch this train wreck in slow motion? Yes. :crash:

So, since this seems to be an annual attempt of theirs, who's going to bet on what they'll try next year?

I think they'll avoid snakes if they don't have a history of scamming with snakes. I'll say they will buy some really cheap product (sunglasses, jackets, etc) and try to pass it off as some expensive designer product.

All of my hatchling tubs look like that after about a day. The room is cooler than the tub, so it gets condensation from the humidity.
