Licences are required for auction sites in KY...they also need a permit, according to the site, to sell animals...i will see if I can find where I read that it did include electronically...i assume that means the internet too??

I decided I should get screenshots of this in case they go through and delete the statements. The caps are located here and here.

I'm sorry, but I don't really understand the significance of this. Am I missing something?

If you log out of your account and then log into another it can initially post as the first username you were logged in as.

The person who actually won the auction is http://www.facebook.com/people/Jason...chems/31406230

He posted directly after winning the auction but was getting so much slack that he deleted his posts and made the nevergonestop facebook account. I remembered checking out his page right when he posted so I just checked my history to find him again.

Below is the post from BallBids stating about the winner..

    BallBids.com
After extensive review of our bid history and server logs as well as personal discussions with our winner, we would like to congratulate “nrvgonestop” as tonight’s winner of All of our auctions! Nrvgonestop is an Elementary Grade School teacher in Illinois where this beautiful Albino will live out her life with the care and attention of a large and loving family, and she will be an educational asset for many children in the years to come.

However, as a result of tonight’s winning streak, we've decided to implement limits to the number of auctions a single person can win in a given time period. The specific numbers and time frames have yet to be decided, but we will keep you posted about all of the above. Thank you!

    -Avi =)

I do not believe that he is connected with them. I do think he used software to win so many times and was caught. I think that is the reason he deleted the nevergonestop facebook page.

You know, that does make sense, Spooky.
I really like that they're raffling a fire ball and, assuming they're in KY, its illegal to do so.
    "KY state animal laws

§ 91.096 OFFERING ANIMAL AS PRIZE OR AWARD.

    (A) No person shall offer any live animal as a prize or award in connection with any raffle, protest, demonstration, promotion, or as an incentive to participate in any game, promotion, or otherwise."
