Ha!! I KNEW I was spelling it wrong but couldn't figure out how, and spell check was of course no use, since it is still a word. Thanks. Clique. Got it.

    Not possible with John. :D
He says what he means at the time. Unfortunately he winds up ticking off a lot of people that way.
He and I have had our go rounds but I still think that despite any stupid things said by myself or him, he is a knowledgeable keeper, breeds excellent quality animals and is an honest person to do business with. :gj:

Hi, I have just joined today btw.

My first impressions are that this is a great site and you can get good advice if you are worried about your reptile and stuff like that. I also noticed good tips where somebody would say the size of rodent is too big or too small, which is good. :)

Elsewhere I have seen fall-outs and things go bad where personal digs have been made via private message and the argument taken onto MSN. :colbert: So whatever has gone on here, isn't unique to just this site :( I have to say that I have never been involved in trouble, and no doubt it spoils it for others.

So as far as I can tell, a forum should be about friendly advice and friendships etc.

Keep up the good work, to all who run and help with this site!

    from Fiona xx:gj: :snake:

Hi Fiona~ You sadly never got a chance to hear Jas. He is a great guy and a great breeder with a lot of knowledge, awesome mojaves, and techniques that were outside the box and worked for him. He was a great resource around here.

He also had the curse of being able to type faster than his brain was able to cognate ;) He sometimes typed things that, with a bit of foresight, might not have been wise to type. However, he was always honest with his feelings in the moment and people like that are terrific to have around; my opinion.

However, he pushed too hard and in the wrong direction and is no longer permitted on this forum-- maybe, in time, that ruling will change. My point is, John is a good person and a great breeder and has a good rep over on the BOI and I, for one, miss his posts- not all of them- but most of them!!! :P

So, I'm just saying, try not to judge John by this thread alone-- heck, don't even waste time trying to judge him. He's the type of guy who is a bit of a visionary and really needs to be accepted for exactly who he is; in every moment.

Cheer up dude, life is not as bad as you make it out to be!!!!

Let me guess... I get infraction points for this don't I? Do I have any infraction points now?

    Mike

Mike, you can easily see if you have infraction points just like anyone else can. Are you trying to taunt the staff into giving you one to prove some sort of point here? I'm sorry you think that as a group we would infract you for no reason.

Butters, that's a pretty big accusation of unfair behaviour and poor decision making by the staff here. Since you've said we are doing this please name names and give examples of where you've seen this "power circle" in operation. I know I'd be very interested in addressing your concerns.

So you as well think there's undue and unfair influence from some sort of "power circle", Mike? Again, lay it out on the table so that staff can address your concerns. You are agreeing with Butters assessment that as a group the Admins and Mods of this site aren't fair and as even handed as we can be so I think that concern needs addressed properly.

I will pass along to him the support that some of you have shown, we will laugh about the others. Some members here might consider a look in the mirror and come down off of their high horse when tossing their opinions around about others, although then it wouldn't be nearly as entertaining here.....:gj:

Sam, I hope in the end and when all is said and done, we're a hell of a lot more than a "care bear" forum.
