It had less to do with that and more to do with the fact that Chris could be a bit of a bully especially when someone disagreed with him.

Joe. I sent them the info but heard nothing back either way so I'm not sure. Also, Rich recently made a post there in the TSE thread saying he will NOT be granting any free passes for it.

Trooper Brown is aware of this thread.

His New York State Police address is appropriate to use for official business as would be the case in contacting him regarding the TSE issue.

You can thank the folks over at Fauna and the BOI.

They have been relentless in pursuing Chris.

Anybody got a update on whats happening with this. I was reading it on BOI but I lost track after the 24th page with 40 posts per page.

As far as i can recall they have noted $15,000 worth animals Chris owes to his customers at this time.I see Chris spending alot of time in a jail cell with bubba his cellmate lol.They do have a detective on the case last i read also.

I wanted to bring something to everyones attention.I heard Chris has changed his name and has started selling once again.I am not sure of the new name he is using at this time,but will post when i find it.If anyone else has some info post it here for everyone to see it.Thanks

Just a quick update on this. One of the people who bought supposed hets from TSE has had almost the entire clutch hatch with no pieds (on a supposed hetXhet pied pairing) in the first 4 eggs that he has reported pipping. While its entirely possible to hit the unlucky lottery on an entire clutch of 7 eggs, I suspect that the fake hets assumption might just be true.

Wow, does anyone know where TSE is located? i live near Buffalo and this is all news to me (intuh-rezzting news, I might add.)

I heard about this on another forum...One guy ordered a Hogg Isl. back in Dec, never received ANY kind of notice back.

Thats stinks real bad. I bought a het albino female from him last aug. I dont think ill beable to convince the wife to let me buy another.

TSE are someone I have avoided from day 1, I never trusted them.... I guess at least that proved out!

If its ok I am going to refer the guy from the OTHER forum over here to check out this thread..some of this may help him contact someone for reimbursement.

Wouldn't FAUNA be the best place to send him? ... They have spreadsheets, police contacts, class action law suits, all of that stuff already in the works over there.

Really? I wasnt aware of the spread sheets on it..I will send him to Fauna..He contacted, I believe, LOCAL police..but I think he needs to contact someone familiar with the case, and those involved..

I first started this thread when e mail communication was on the sucky side. he sent me an e mail ripping into me for posting such negativity about him on other msg boards. the guy was the biggest ass i delt with and had a sick feeling after i got his mail, almost knowing something was wrong with the situation. ppl don't tell at there customers.

I have emails from early 05, from Chris.
When I asked him what lines his Albinos were from, he told me from VPI lines.
If anyone's interested in finding out if they're albino hets are truely hets, I'd probably head over to VPI and ask if they ever delt with Chris to begin with.
But honestly, I don't believe the hets he sold are hets for anything, sadly.

Well here is the "STORY" it seems the girlfreind made a user name way back when.At this time Rich is away and i am not sure if any of the mods have checked into seeing who it really is.I know several people have asked the "girlfreind" to call them or they will call her to verify who it is for sure.Of course the person refuses to reply to there questions.I do not think its right to jump someone who is inocent but this game i never knew anything is crap all the way.

I think you would be in line for months waiting your time with him :partyon: .He knew after some time no one could get there money back as time had expired.The really sad thing is even if he gets jail time he might file bankruptcy and no one gets anything refunded.
