Re: What next?
@ Ax- C'mon down! We love visitors. No need to crash on the couch. There's a bed in the guest room. And I work for a ticket broker so if you need SB tickets I'm your guy. ;)

That’s a beautiful home to be proud of. Congrats! :)

Congrats on the new house! We've had our house for close to 4 years now and I love having enough space to have a dedicated reptile room. That said, just be prepared for something to always need working on lol. From painting, getting flooring replaced, to a leaky AC putting a hole in our kitchen ceiling, and finally replacing and AC over the winter, it is always something, but you can't beat having space and privacy.

Well I'm hoping it slows down a little bit Art. I had to buy a water heater, fridge, and a little furniture and I'm already quickly closing in on my proposed budget. I haven't even gotten to the minor repairs and incidentals yet. Sheesh! :O

Over the last few years I've learned with home ownership it never slows down. There's always SOMETHING to do...
But, that's not me complaining. I'm fortunate to be where I am today and happy to keep up with the "honeydew list". :D
