I love the red color under the dark snake.

You've got a splendid collection.

I swear she gets prettier every time you post a picture. The darker boas are just so striking in appearance. It’s a shame the “lighter, cleaner” varieties are so often considered more desirable when the darker animals are just stunning...and that iridescence!

:love: I agree with Dianne's post ^ ^ ^ but you're probably tired of all the compliments...;) The BCI I used to have had iridescence like that too. :love:

I am jealous of both your IMG and your grass. (Do you have any grass tips? My dogs have destroyed our yard so we are in the process of laying down chicken wire before covering in topsoil and reseeding...)

It's actually a piece of astro turf I've had from work to take pics on, kinda of cheating, lol
Still to cold in the UK for outdoor pics, was taken in the conservatory. Only managed a couple of outdoor pics this year, supposed to be 21c this weekend so may get a few more

There are a lot of amazing colors and patterns in the snake world, but Medusa is in a class by herself!

That's an animal that should be bred. There needs to be more like her.

You know, it's not only boas that are strong...one time one of my normally-docile 7' male Florida rat snakes wrapped on my arm & wouldn't let go. He didn't bite, he
was just being a twit that day, I guess? Took a while for me to get him off (the usual things didn't work) & I didn't much like the feeling either. ;)
