Have been following your thread with a little trepadation..fantasatic that all turned out well..really glad that they arrived safe & well, I live in Scotland & it can get quite chilly..my last delivery was a day late, was worried sick as the temps were low..They turned up a bit cold but otherwise ok, can be stressful..good luck with your newbies :)

BG, your obvious cry for attention is, ok, it DID get old the first time I read one of your posts, but now, it is just pathetic. You add nothing to this forum although you act like you are its big cheese, which, I think is a much better name for you...Big Cheesey.

Your act grew tired after about 1 minute, give it a rest...actually, keep it up, I do not even read your tired posts anymore anyway, so could care less. You overhype yourself worse than the overhyping that was the Panda Pied.

To the OP-
The breeder who did this to you lied & BROKE THE LAW, not to mention risking the lives of those snakes & putting you in a terrible situation. I'm glad you got the snakes & they are ok, but that is IN SPITE of the seller's actions. Thanks for giving the name- folks like that I will not do business with & I'm sure you wouldn't have either if you knew he was going to pull this.

Definitely take this to BOI, there is no excuse for sending the snakes usps.

I'm very glad though your snakes arrived and seem to be in good health!! I know I would have been going nuts waiting like that

ok well they've warmed up now and are exploring there new homes, both have had a nice soak leaving only there heads out the water, completely different snakes from this morning. the super pastel is about to shed, o i don't even get to see what she really looks like but god it feels good for them to be alive!!!

I would like to remember that we definitely are not expecting everyone to get a long, or like each other however are such a bickering or the attitude really necessary? :confused:

For anyone that as an issue with a member not necessarily BG, but any member rather then fuelling the fire confronting someone you don’t like on the open forum how about addressing the issue with the person via PM, or if you or anyone really has a problem with a forum member, that make the reading of their posts unbearable how about using the IGNORE option that is available to you...............(sometimes I wish I add that option :rolleyes:)

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:This has got to be one of Big Gunns all time most ironic slams. Big Gunns will go back a few years on Kingsnake and reminisce. BG distinctly remembers posts that always bothered The Myth(hard to do).....and many other people.

Let's see...BG thinks they went a leeetle like this. Here is a pic of my Ember ball on the porch. 2 hours later...here is a pic of my Ember Ball taking a bath.... 2 hours later. I just had some soup and decided to take a pic of my Ember ball.....etc...etc...etc....Blah blah. By the way. Big Gunns likes the OP's snakes, and he thinks it was a good deal for $1800. If you get them to breed this year, you'll really be looking good. Good luck with them, and BG really is happy it all ended well for yah.:gj::gj:

Sorry to say it, but there were many that you "annoyed", but BG did realize it was your excitement that you may actually have something special. Fires/Embers were worth big $$$$$$ back then. You really bothered Mikey with your posts. He didn't want anyone else to have the Fires on "the cheap".

thanks to all the compliments! and again thanks for all the survival stories to let me know they could make it and give me hope!! they are looking great and are both very very alert lol and suprisingly in good spirits .they must have been reaaaal glad to see me lol the pastel is starting to shed and still let me pick her up to put in her cage as well as handle for the pictures without any for of attitude. i'm not gonna push it though either, i know they've had a rough trip but all in all lookin great and with no ill effects on health. i'll be sure to keep a VERY close eye on them and make sure they remain that way!! if only they knew what a close call they had!

yeah but when your animals have been out in the cold for 2 days u don't have time to argue w/ the angry lady that doesn't even know the law and she works there, def. won't worth my breath, i was in too much of a hurry to get back to the car and rip that box open! i've never had a prob. receiving anything that had been overnighted usps before, alive or not. this was def. a first for having a package overnighted and it didn't show. still nobody could tell me what happened. for all i know they've gone clear across the country and back.

Big Gunns actually knows a large Bearded Dragon breeder that usually uses USPS with great success. Obviously BG isn't gonna name them, but except for their competition(jealous weasels), they are very well respected in the bizz.

I don't think any shipping service screwed him over.
I think the seller did by trying to save a buck and using the post office instead of FEDX like he said he was going to do.

But at least everything worked out.
