It works awesome! The only thing that sucks is the bowl is tiny, so I just use a big blue bowl I have and tare it to 0, still accurate. The biggest deviation Ive had was 5 gms.

Ya I want a gram scale that doesn't come with a bowl because I know my snakes will try to get out of it and they will think it's feeding time lol. I want a gram scale that has sort of like a flat surface so that prevents my snakes from thinking I'm feeding them lol.

Hard to measure without a bowl. I find that using a big bowl makes them actually just chill out in the bowl. Diff snakes, different tastes though huh.

Patricia's avatar is am example of a BP para-scoping its believed to be a way of checking out the terrain around it. Noting to worry about.

Its called periscoping. This has nothing to do with the female.

Both of my BPs lift their head off of the ground into the air when we put them on the ground. It is usually a sign of a curious snake "surveying" their environment. Maybe because in the wild, their ancestors moved around on tall grass and raised their head up to see their environment, and since their in a place with tall things, like TVs, drawers, racks, etc. their instincts make them lift their heads up. I think its cool whenever they lift their heads up because he is like a cobra :)
