i always wondering about doing it, you go to big reptile expos or on here and see stuff so cheap then go to local shows and craiglist and see all their prices nearly double.

    Sorry, I'm lame.

I'm lame too because I swear I read the thread title and thought "why are they turning their snakes over? maybe to see their bellies?"

Cow tipping also came to mind.

My only real excuse is I moved recently and I may have packed part of my brain away since I've been a scatterbrained stressed out freak for the past two weeks.

That's not flipping, at least not to my mind.

Regardless of how you got the snake, how long you kept it, whatever - be absolutely upfront and honest with your potential buyer. If you do that, they are fully informed and can make the decision they feel most comfortable with. Along with that of course comes your responsibility to use appropriate quarantine measures and treat the snakes with caring and responsibility.

If you flip irresponsibly and the snakes are nothing but scaley dollar signs that aren't given good treatment or if you flip and don't let your customers know or purposefully mislead them - be aware, this is a really small world. People will find out about you and snake people are really fast about spreading the word.
