    You said in the beginning of this thread that the female was 18 months old, what weight was she at when you bred her?

    She was a bit over 1700 grams. I actually expected about5 eggs, but these turned out big, so I won't complain. I have had pretty good success over the years with 18 month old girls that are over 1600 grams. However, they usually lay five egg clutches, and the eggs usually average about 80 grams. So the babies are usually smaller. I think these babies will be near 100 grams each at hatching.
