I've never seen a Desert in person. But it can't be that much more dramatic than the nice pictures of them. Im not saying they arent nice. But it's just not worth it to an average Joe like me to spend that much more for something that looks so typical. If I spend on a Desert where am I gonna money for other morphs that I truly like? I don't have thousands sitting around to be wasted like that. You wanted it but you don't even have the money! Do you think it's worth that much? I'll take a nice fire like this one :)

For an average Joe like ME, it's not worth it to spend 4 grand on any snake :( no matter how spectacular, rare, etc.. because then I'd be homeless.

IMO, fires are a better highlighter morph than pastels, because pastels brown out with age while fires lighten with age.

I really like the Vanilla gene as a highlighter snake (not on the list or mentioned ). The best quality of the Vanilla gene is that the super
form is not ANOTHER white snake!!

BTW, if you have seen the Desert/Spider, you would shell out 4k if you could!!:D

i voted fire, but what i really like are fireflys, fire and pastel... amazing, someone need to add enchi and have a super clean up snake. i think pastel are better looking as babies but fire are better looking as adults.

i havn't seen enough fire crosses to compare them with other morphs but the pastel crosses are awesome.
