It's possible, one guy even managed to get 2 gallons down. Not sure if it's true, just read it somewhere.

But I do know a gallon is possible.

I have to say, at about 4 am one morning in studio (we all had a project due the next day) someone paid a guy $2 to chug a gallon of orange juice. As much as I have heard it can't be done, I (along with everyone else that was still up) watched as he downed *the whole thing* Of course he lowed the jug, looked around and threw it all back up. But still....it was pretty impressive to see him just chug the whole thing.

That's just what happens when you get stressed students together in the wee hours of the morning :P

A gallon in an hour? My kids can probably give you a run for your money. I have to put the milk on the very top shelf of the fridge so the kids won't finish the whole thing in an hour... I swear, sometimes I feel like they're going to eat me out of house and home!

Last year, my girlfriend went home from college one weekend and my buddies and I were bored... So I starting chugging my fresh 2% gallon of milk--- I got about 4 big chugs down. Then my stomach felt like I swallowed some razors and I threw it all back up and felt great....

The gallon challenge got me good...

The gallon of milk challenge is deceptively difficult: a gallon of something cold, and a gallon of something full of lactose. I watched 8 people attempt it, only one finished (a 280 pound man). And his story of how the rest of his night went was enough to dissuade me from ever trying it.....ever!

I'm probably going to stir up some controversy here, but do you ever think about how weird it is we drink cow milk?

Would you drink rat milk? How about monkey milk? In my opinion it's so bizarre that we drink a hormone/nutrition delivery system designed for infant cows without even blinking an eyelash...in fact, our economy depends on it.

"This is silage, it's for cows. Now eat it!"

I think its a lot weirder if we were to still continue to drink human milk.

I think its all perception, i guess thats the word to use... We wouldnt eat dogs and cats here in america ( maybe some do! :O:confused:) But, over in foreign countries.... its a totally normal thing! Its still protein.... its just... something we all keep as pets here, so of COURSE that is strange and weird.

It would be the same thing, as say.... eating human flesh. Its still protein and some cultures even now still consume human flesh, and even afterbirth for good luck! Gross right!?

Milk, is still nutrients and other basic things for growing up small critters, into big strong ones. Its still a food product, just... made from an animal. I eat animals.... so, whats the big deal really?
