Once its rehydrated it can actually last longer than that between sprayings.

Just remember to keep checking it for cleanliness etc - my corns took a childlike delight in crapping in it at every opportunity. :rolleyes:

ok thank you very much and one last question then i promise ill leave you guys alone. well at least for today :) just to make sure im clear. should i just spray it alot then cheack every day to see if its dry or not to know when to spray again. i also heard to just dunk it in water then let the excess water out ofcoarse before putting in tank. what do you do. last question I promise then im off to petco. I'd dunk then squeeze slightly to get rid of excess water.

Just check it as part of the normal water/poop check and spray it if it has dried out - you don't need to keep it soaking wet (in fact that's a bad idea ) your aiming for damp.

Make the opening into the box twice the body width of the snake at its widest point so it can double back on itself with no problems but not much larger as that just lets out more of the humidity you are trying to trap.
