    I think I see a potential issue.

    It is hard to tell with all the reflectiveness at te bottom, but it looks like your tubs are sitting directly on the heat. If this is the case, the tubs on the bottom will not be suited to hold a clutch. A typical DIY incubator has the water bottles over the heat to disperse and diffuse the heat evenly, and many incorporate a small fan for better airflow.

    I think an easy way to fix yours if this is the case is to put water bottles on the bottom, then maybe a lighting crate over them, followed by yours tubs. You would probably lose the 5th tub at the top, but if you don't really need it yet anyway, worry about that later.

    The bottom tubs are .75 above the bottom. i ran a trial last night and 4 inhes above the bottom where the bottom tubs will be having eggs was 86.i prolly gonna elevate it up more. and get some water bottles. if you see the bottom has a hole cut out and down in there .75 is the UTH. i may not use that one and just the 3' of 4'' flexwatt.
