    I never knew that they had a show in Slidell, must of been before I got into the hobby.

    If I am not mistaken, it was last may. I actually thought the next show I would be going to was right up the street, but its back to the westbank I guess. It wasnt put on by the same people, I dont think anyway, they held it in the blue fireworks building off I-10 on the pak harbor exit

    Yea, I don't know of any show that was in Slidell. I don't think they really have anything big enough.

    As others have stated, the May show (Gila Productions show) is always better than the late year show. I didn't get to venbd last May, as we were out of town. However, the year before, I did pretty good. It is a pretty "local" show, so it is not very crowded, but I like to do shows in the local community to promote the hobby as much as possible.

    As for the Slidell show, it is put on by different promoters, and I haven't heard of a show in Slidell in almost a year. I am not sure if that show is still going on or not.
