It is strange. I did not breed Bela to any other males this year, save for the Spider. I see what you mean about the genes not being able to combine in one baby from two seperate fathers though.
I do not think that this baby is a bee. It looks if anything, like a very light spider with a really reduced pattern. No darkening up yet since yesterday, but who's to say it won't happen.. I am waiting it out. At any rate it will be an awesomely patterned Spider if nothing else :)

It would be even cooler if it was super high white sided, I looooove high white sides!

But on the other hand, I know you wouldnt want all that Jen, but I'll take him for ya and give him a good home. :D

    lol!
Here is a pic of the whole clutch right now. Regular looking Spider in top left, and the other two are normals. i am thinking that this is a fluke and he/she will darken up.. I have no reason based on what I bred, to expect anything earth shattering :)

Nice looking spider. Just going to throw this out there. But you said that the guy you bought her from. Most of his normals were sibs from co-dom or dom right. Maybe she is a spider sib and because of that. Maybe she has better than normal looking spiders babies. Next time you breed her I would put her with another spider and see if you get another killer looking spider. Again Im no genetics expert or really have any clue as to why the one looks like it does. Would you be able to find out if she (the mother) is a sib from a spider clutch? Anyways great looking spider.
