my adult male was a bright yellow and orange ball as a baby, but as bristen mentioned he did brown out. as he aged he would start to get more and more black flecks in his " alien heads" you can almost start to see a few in the hatchlings pattern. My male reminds me of a female rdr has on his 2007 birth records he used to produce the banana bird (spider x weird normal) i think it was clutch #35.
here is an old pic. he is about 1 year old and id say 500 grams in this pic. i will try to get some updated pics late that really show what he looks like.......the mother of the clutch was just a big old normal girl:)

Hey Justin, that's not as bad as I was picturing, not at all! I find it to be quite yellow and almost "pastel-ish"... since it is proving to be genetic, I think it looks very promising... go for a super, most of the stuff that behaves in a co-dom fashion is not dom, but co-dom and there is a super... best of luck to you!
