Anyway, I'll let you know how things go. Seems like there's always something wrong with me. A couple of days ago it was my neck, and today it's dehydration.
Life hates me.

Don't drink Gatorade.
Drink SMARTWATER.
Electrolytes are fused into both drinks, but Gatorade has so much sugar in it, it basically cancels out the hydrating effect and dehydrates you.
Also, electrolytes are simply chemically compounded salts. They occur naturally in water anyway which is what 'hydrates' us. :]
Just don't drink caffeines, sugars, or alcohols and keep to the water.. smart water will help. :]
Re: Should I seek medical attention?
Its dehydration and water would be enough.
Here is a tip for next time.
When you dehydrate, your body loses salt. Which makes you vomit, dizzy, and can possably knock you out. Water wont help you put that salt conent back.
Drink slowly, Gateraid or pedialyte. Try not to drink things with fiz (soda).even juice would be better than water.
Just a tip for next time.
Hope you feel better!

does anyone else think it's wrong they charge people outrageous amounts for water, yet they won't let you bring anything in? talk about a recipe for disaster...
