things that Terrify you?

Spiders, I think they are fascinating, but they scare the crap out of me.

Clowns they scare me!!!!

That would be fear in a nutshell me thinks. Yup.

Clowns and mimes... they freak me out.

There was this old woman that used to dress as a clown and hang out at the train station I had to catch on Sunday mornings. I loathed her... she would start shifting over towards me and it scared the heck out of me.

I would see her coming and I would send off every possible "GET THE F AWAY" vibe that I could muster.

But really, it was like my BPs... I was WAY more scared of her than she was of me.

Falling. Not heights, that is different. I am fine with heights, as long as I believe I won't fall. On the other hand, I can be an inch off the ground, or even on the ground on slippery ice or something, and be absolutely terrified.

A certain kind of bug that I refer to as "one of those things with too many legs", usually in a rather shrill voice. I think it is some kind of centipede, but with longer legs than what I think of as the typical centipede. Something about the way their legs move in a ripple that goes down their body, despite the fact that the same leg movement on a normal centipede is just really cool.

Absolutely nothing.

any stinging insect, spiders, sharks (I find them fascinating, but would not want to meet one in the ocean)

I'd rather get within 50 of a bear eating its food (and I have been) then have a spider or insect on me.. gives me the willies.
